SHIPPING INFORMATION Orders are shipped from Florida by the United States Postal Service - usually by Priority Mail or Air Mail. Packages are insured. Orders are shipped within 3 business days of receiving payment, whenever possible. Framed Mandalas may take up to 6 weeks of preparation before shipping. Shipping & Handling Rates. Regular Mandala packages are charged as 1lb weight and Large Mandala packages are charged as 2lb weight. USA: First Pound = $6.95. Each additional pound = $2.95 Canada: First Pound = $8.45. Each additional pound = $2.95 International: First Pound = $9.95. Each additional pound = $2.95 Framed Mandalas USA: Each Framed Mandala = $60 shipping and handling Canada: Each Framed Mandala = $80 shipping and handling International: Each Framed Mandala = $100 shipping and handling RETURNS POLICY Orders of Matrix Mandalas are not returnable once shipped, unless they arrive damaged or you receive an incorrect shipment. In this case please notify us within 30 days of the date you placed your order - by email at the - Contact - page. In most cases we will ask you to return the damaged Matrix Mandala and we will exchange it for a new one. We will pick up the shipping cost if your return is the result of damage in transit or an incorrect shipment. Note: We only pay for regular postal service on returned shipments.
